The Jessamine County – City of Wilmore Planning Department provides Planning & Zoning, Code Enforcement and Building Inspection services to the City of Wilmore and unincorporated areas of Jessamine County.

Please make an appointment if you need to meet with the Planning Director or Building Inspector in-person to limit traffic through our office and ensure their availability. Online, Phone and Mail options remain available.

Planning Commission Meetings

The Jessamine County – City of Wilmore Joint Planning Commission meets the second Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. at the Jessamine County Courthouse. The Jessamine County – City of Wilmore Board of Adjustments meets the third Thursday of the month at 7:00 p.m. at the Jessamine County Courthouse. The Jessamine County – City of Wilmore Board of Architectural Review meets the second Monday of the month at 4:00 p.m. at the Jessamine County Public Library.
