NOTICE: In order to combat the financial impact of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in Jessamine County, the filing and payment of net profit taxes by an employer or business entity for Tax Year 2020 under Chapter 110, Occupational License Tax of the Jessamine County Code of Ordinances is hereby automatically extended from April 15, 2021 until May 17, 2021. No further action on behalf of any employer or business entity shall be required for this extension relief.

The Tax Administrator’s Office is responsible for the collection of occupational license fees on wages and net profits. Note that there have been significant changes in the tax ordinance that are effective when filing for tax periods after January 1, 2008.
