Gary Morgan is a lifelong resident of Jessamine County and has been the owner and operator of GEM Construction for 35 years.  He has been a resident of the 6th District since 1977 and has served as magistrate since September 2008.

Gary currently assists the court in overseeing matters that involve Jessamine County Detention Center, Emergency Services, Jessamine Animal Shelter and serves on committees for Preece Park Committee, Coroner Committee, Safe House Committee and NFL Board Committee.  He is married to Susanne Morgan and they have four children and three grandchildren.  His address is 316 Savannah Drive, Nicholasville, KY.  He can be reached at 859-229-4589 or by email at [email protected]
